Not only did this shop prevent my embarrassment, but the necklace is so well made and absolutely beautiful. I bought this to celebrate my very best friend, and it honors her day perfectly. Sent with DPD Next Day Delivery (1 working day + 5 working days making time)
(Orders from Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man will be sent with Royal Mail Signed For Service).
International Orders:
Sent with DPD courier (4-14 working days + 5 working days making time)
Or UPS courier at additional cost (2-4 working days + 5 days making time)

Once we dispatch your item, we have no influence over shipping times. Please contact us within 10 days from dispatch if your jewellery has not been delivered, so that we can investigate.

LOST packages
Please contact us if your jewellery has not been delivered within 10 days from dispatch, so that we can investigate.
Please ensure that the address on your order is correct and is a secure location for delivery. All of our packages are sent with tracking and we cannot offer refunds for packages that have been delivered to the address provided, but which have been lost or stolen before being collected by the intended recipient.
If a package needs to be re-sent due to a problem with the address or delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a replacement if required and re-sending the item.

Chain and semi-precious gemstones:
We use natural stones, which may include tiny marks and freckles - part of their natural charm and character.
We constantly strive to use the best quality components and occasionally, our stock changes. Chain and semi-precious gemstones may not always be of the exact type used in the pictures.
For multiple birthstone necklaces, we will choose stones that complement each other, but they may not all be exactly the same size and shape as each other.
Goodwill:
We love what we do and we treat our customers with courtesy and care. If we feel that this is not being reciprocated, then we reserve the right to decline a sale.

Frequently asked questions
Can you gift-wrap my jewellery?
We package Honey Willow jewellery in our new teal boxes, tied with ribbon, ready for giving. We also include an insert with information about the jewellery and how best to look after it. We are always happy to ship directly to the gift recipient. We do not include receipts in the packaging.
How do I care for my jewellery?
All metals, including precious metals, can tarnish and oxidise over time. Metals can be dulled or darkened by some perfumes, skin lotions and by the oils in skin.
Try to remove your jewellery before swimming and bathing, avoid chlorine and harsh chemicals and clean it from time to time with a soft polishing cloth, or warm soapy water. When not being worn, it's best stored in an airtight bag, or wrapped in a soft cloth.
If you are ordering your jewellery well in advance of giving, please remove it from the gift box and store it in an airtight bag, to keep it looking its best for presenting.
Is this necklace available with a different birthstone?
Yes! On most listings you can select which birthstone you'd like, otherwise you can contact us via message or in the 'notes to seller' section when viewing your cart.
Where do I leave the names I would like stamped on the necklace?
There is a section to input the names/dates/phrases you'd like stamped onto the rings on the product pages. Please specify if you'd like certain names/dates on certain rings, otherwise we will decide this at random. The rings are interlocking and freely move around each other so the names can't be ordered from top to bottom.
Please note that we are not able to stamp names on all our ring necklaces, only the name necklaces with thicker rings.
Can you guarantee an arrival date for my jewellery?
All our delivery information is taken from the postal service's website. Once the order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the postal service to deliver it. We can only view the same tracking information as the customer. The delivery estimates we give are just estimates, and occasionally it can take longer to deliver than expected.
Please let us know when you need your order by so we can let you know roughly when you should expect to receive it and whether or not it would be best to upgrade to a faster service.
Where is my package?
We send all jewellery with tracking. Your tracking number is in your dispatch confirmation email.
You can also access your tracking number on your order, in the 'purchases' section of your Etsy account.

It can take us up to a week to make orders, depending on the product you have chosen. If you are in the US, you can select UPS as the fastest shipping method.
